Delete your Tracknn account

For the Tracknn Android/iOS app (com.tracknn.activity.app) and tracknn.hickter.com

You can permanently delete your Tracknn account and all of its data here, even if you no longer have the app installed.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, photo, Google account link, password
• All your activities/tasks, reminders, notes (including shared note links) and categories
• Notification tokens, sign-in sessions and app tokens on all devices

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. A minimal security log entry (account ID, date, IP) is kept for up to 180 days, then erased. Nothing else is retained.

How to delete

1. In the app: open Tracknn → Profile → Delete account → Delete forever.
2. On this page: enter your account email below, enter the 6-digit code we email you, and confirm.
3. By email: send "Delete my account" from your account's email to admin@tracknn.hickter.com. We complete it within 7 days.
